All payments take approximately 2-3 days to process. Once your payment is process it will take 1 day to pack & the next day it will be shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  Also once your order is shipped it’s completely out of Mo Minks & More control. • REFUNDS & EXCHANGES •

-There’s NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES  on any item unless you receive the wrong item. If you receive the wrong item you MUST contact is via email (mominks2018@gmail.com) with 48hrs after receiving packaging. Must be sent back in the same condition. Must provide your own mailer and pay shipping fee. Once received you will receive a FULL refund.

After you select on hand at checkout you will receive a message from Mo via text message in order to set up a time for your pickup. If you order between Wednesday-Sunday your pickup day is MONDAY unless you’re told other wise.
